Retrogardos Gaming

I decided to try what looked like an incredibly good cloud service which helped gamers relive their retro game experiences. I am a passionate gamer and have been playing since Donkey Kong in the Nintendo game and watch days. I got one when I spent two months in hospital in 1986. Soon I was buying a Commodore 64 and games like Bubble Bobble and Buggy Boy were a huge part of my childhood memories. I have been with Xbox since their first console and have recently entered the market for handheld gaming and that was my pathway into emulation. The service seemed too good to be true. I’d had bad experiences with other sellers. Once you paid the money the support afterwords was abysmal and in some cases there was no support. You were on your own. It’s been years since I had a laptop and I’m out of practise in terms of files and the pc architecture. I spend a lot of time in hospital due to some serious health issues and games are a refuge from illness. So how did my experience with Retrogardos Gaming go. In a word : damn near perfect

I had studied the subject as much a I could coming up to buying my handheld and trying emulation. So I had some knowledge. But this was trickier than I thought. The simplest error would render the whole emulation software helpless and nothing would work. I was frustrated. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and seeing my lack of technical savvy was disconcerting. I messaged Retrogardos gaming. Initially they had sent me detailed instructions and they also have a number of videos which drag you through the process step by step. That should definitely be enough for most people. But that just wasn’t working for me. Nothing would load.

I was offered a refund but Retrogardos Gaming said they would try and fix it remotely. I’ve never had that experience before and it was incredible to watch. As I talked to them via whats app they took control of my Legion Go Handheld using a program called team viewer. I watched them remotely work their magic at a rapid pace. I could see the proficiency first hand. Retrogardos gaming know what they are doing. They are experts. Soon my first rom loaded up and I was delighted. It certainly brightened up my day in hospital. I was also given great tips like the use of a program called air explorer which is prefect for cloud based computing. You can drag and drop files effortlessly. There was more to do and they arranged to link up later in the day. Everything they did worked. No problem found was an issue. It was immediately rectified. I loved the eighties movie Wargames. In it Matthew Broderick is a computer whizz kid who almost starts a nuclear war on his modem. Watching Retrogardos rapidly drag one file to another and extract files was a bit like watching that eighties classic. Thankfully there was no nuclear war at stake only the fate of my retro gaming and they averted catastrophe and gave me hope.

I can’t commend their service enough. It is top quality. My testimonial shows just what you get when you join them. You don’t just get terabytes worth of files you get expertise, knowledge and help. My previous experiences almost made me give up retro gaming. But my faith is restored now and I can play all the old games from my childhood. Retrogardos gaming are using today’s technology to create the magical gaming experiences from the past. Their passion for their art shows in how much they respect their clients. I’m a big fan of Elvis Presley and he had a logo called TCB with a lightning bolt meaning taking care of business in a flash. That’s what they do too. If Elvis was the King of music they are the Kings of gaming.

By far, I’ve never been so satisfied with a purchase! Until I came across that tech that helped me! He was so friendly and understanding!! I got lost, and he walked me thru step by step! Remotely!! I sat and watched my tech just do his thing! Shot out to him !!

The professionalism these guys display is beyond anything I ever seen! If whoever is reading this review, debating rather it’s real or not, ohhh it’s real! I got every game you can think of. So many, I can’t even put them all on my system! Retrogrados server runs smooth! No lags! Lists updated!! With the latest games!! And if you need anything, they are right there!! No doubt!
